It’s his name, Caramel. I don’t know who chose it, but there couldn’t be a more appropriate name, either for its color or its sweetness. He is really lovely! It’s impossible not to fall in love and not to be moved by the incredible personality of this charming mongrel.

Everyone in the neighborhood knows him. He grew up free in life, learning how to manage himself with a remarkable sense of humor. Undoubtedly, animals have a lot to teach humans.

Caramel is like that, cute, sweet, very smart, although he doesn’t get attached to anyone. Very polite, he greets every person, wagging his tail, or with sweet barks. Then he gets back to his place, where he plays chasing his shadow or just taking care of a little piece of wood as if it was a treasure! And nobody can take it from him. He is the owner of the world!

The adorable dog sleeps in a pub, whose owner fell in love with him, serving him a breakfast meal, as if the dog was a king. Caramel already knows about his routine, he knows every house that welcomes him, although sometimes wandering and free, he prefers to sleep around. In the morning he leaves and travels through several points. My cousin befriended him, and she is delighted. She leaves the office and buys a snack for the puppy, who goes with her to the cafeteria.

Sometimes he has to fight with other dogs that try to take his food. It is a pleasure to see the puppy not to give up what is his.

My tribute to this charming little dog, who teaches me to be less stressed, more stripped-down, less dependent on praise, more errant, and free like him. Lovely Caramel, my unforgettable type!
